Looking for a Relative?
The Regimental Archives holds many records and is always happy to answer your inquiries. Unfortunately it does not hold complete records on all of our soldiers. The best resource for information on individual soldiers is Library and Archives Canada. They hold all service records from the First World War onward, and these will contain information on your relative’s unit, medical history, enrollment and discharge, medals, and other information.
For details, visit the Library and Archives Canada’s Military Heritage website
or they can be called direct at 1-866-578-7777.
Was your relative a First or Second World War Patricia?
To confirm if a relative served with PPCLI in the First or Second World War, please consult Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry 1914-1919 Vol II, and Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry 1939-1945. If you do not see the name on these lists, they may not have been with the Regiment and it is best to confirm with the soldier’s service file from Library and Archives Canada.
For all other inquiries, you can contact the Museum and Archives.
