Korean Student Bursary

The Regimental Executive Committee (REC) and PPCLI Association have established a series of bursaries for the purpose of advancing the education of members of the Regimental Family, including, bursaries offered annually to South Korean students in memory of those Patricias who served in the Korean War.

For many years, scholarships have been presented annually to students of Kapyong Middle School, through the donations of the Korean Veterans’ Association, individuals such as Colonel (Retired) Bob Peacock, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry and Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry Association. The annual contribution to this bursary program is $1500.00.
